Per a recent email suggestion from a fellow backer of Kreyos, she suggested we tweak the Influencer Referral Program to a graded incentive scale as opposed to all-or-nothing. After a few emails discussing the idea, we have come up with the following structure:

• 10 Referrals to Pledge: Get your Kreyos Smartwatch for Free + Belt Clip Accessory + Lanyard Accessory + Additional Watchband + Additional Charger

How It Works:

The way the technology works is that if you (say Fan A) clicks on one of the Share Tools (let's say the Twitter button on the main home screen for Kreyos), then Fan A (you) will be directed to Twitter with a pre-populated message that includes a link to the Kreyos IndieGoGo page:


*This is our Unique ID, yours should be different. The number on the end
**The short link under the video on our main page is your Unique ID. Save it, copy it, etc.

As long as Fan A (you) is logged into an IndieGoGo account when they use any of the Share Tools, the link will also include a special ID (unique to you) that ties the tweet to Fan A. Then when someone (say Person B) who is reading Fan A's tweets clicks on the link in Fan A's tweet about your campaign, a few things will happen:

1. Person B is taken to the Kreyos campaign page and a "View" is registered on your Analytics tab in the Summary section.
2. A "Referral" is registered in our Analytics for you. The "Referral" is attributed to Fan A (you) in our analytics.
3. If Person B (your friend) ends up pledging for a Kreyos Meteor Smartwatch, then Fan A (you) will be accredited as bringing in Person B (your friend, fan or follower) as a pledge.

At the end of the Kreyos Meteor campaign, we will then compose a listing of all of those who have referred 5 people to pledge for a Kreyos and send them a credit for their smartwatch.

*Keep in mind the people who you refer that buy are delayed by about 1 day due to bank. So it is not immediate on the analytics of who buys.

How To Track Your Referrals

1. Log onto IndieGoGo.
2. Click on your user name beside the Search Box at the top right of the page.
3. Select “My Profile” option to open the profile window.

Then click on the tab that says "My Impact". That’s it. There you will see the latest totals of your referrals and contributions. Contributions being those who pledged by your referral.

How To Boost Your Referral Totals



It is possible to boost your referrals and contributions by sharing the personal url mentioned above in the How It Works section. A few ideas include:

• Post to your personal social media
• Post or message to other Fan Pages or Twitter accounts asking them to Share or RT with you personal url
• If you or a friend runs a blog or writes, ask them to do a story and provide your personal url.
• Post to the Reddit, BuzzFeed, or similar sites.

How We Will Compensate You For FREE

Upon successful ending of our campaign, we will derive a list of all of those who have successfully referred 5 people to pledge for a Kreyos Meteor. Those who have successfully referred 5 people and pledged for their own Kreyos will be credited in either of the following ways (your choice):

1. We will simply mail you an additional Kreyos Meteor Smartwatch for free.
2. We will provide a Visa, Mastercard or American Express Gift Card in the amount of your Kreyos Smartwatch with the shipment of your Kreyos Smartwatch.
3. We will PayPal you the amount of your Kreyos Smartwatch upon successful funding.
